Lil Peeps Car Service is the premier child transport service in Northern Virginia. We provide pre-arranged, premium service for youth between the ages of 5 and 17, to assist parents in managing hectic schedules.

2. How are we different from transportation companies?

Lil Peeps Car Service, is created specifically for kids. Rideshare companies such as Uber and Lyft are not legally permitted to transport passengers under the age of 18 years old. And the fact remains that you never know who you are getting with a taxi cab service. Our drivers undergo additional checks for childcare licensing and Lil Peeps has obtained insurance specifically to permit us to transport unaccompanied kids.

3. How far will Lil Peeps Car Service drive my child?

Lil Peeps Car Service does not limit ride distance within its service areas.

4. How is pricing determined?

To fit your family’s budget, Lil Peeps Car Service offers families both pay-per-use service and membership options. All payments are made through the website and require no cash. Check out Lil Peeps Trip Estimator to determine your cost.

5. How do I book my first ride with Lil Peeps Car Service?

5 easy steps:

Calculate your fare.
Fill out the Registration Form.
Submit payment along with the $35 non-refundable annual membership fee.
Wait for our confirmation call/text. At this time, we will assign you a driver and answer any other questions you may have for us.
Relax. Lil Peeps Car Service is a dependable transportation service for kids and our drivers are reliable.

6. How do I book subsequent rides with Lil Peeps Car Service?

Schedule your ride.
Wait for a Lil Peeps Car Service confirmation call/text confirming your ride is booked.
Then submit payment.

7. Who is driving my child?

Our drivers are professionally trained and have undergone extensive checks to be cleared for childcare licensing. Drivers are required to complete a training course within 45 days of hire which includes pre-trip inspections, safe driving techniques, emergency procedures, grooming and customer relations. In addition, Lil Peeps Car Service offers all of our drivers annual courses in driver safety and defensive driving.

8. How can I book regular trips for my child?

Lil Peeps Car Service currently offers a Family Elite Membership to save you money. With this membership you pay a lower rate than booking single trips. In addition to the savings, these families receive priority when scheduling their rides.

9. Why should I choose the Family Elite Membership?

Besides offering a discounted price on rides, and giving your family priority when booking, a membership with Lil Peeps Car Service allows for more flexibility for your family. With an allotted 10 miles per trip, you can book one ride for your children and get them dropped off at multiple locations simply by adding a stop for an additional $5. This could potentially allow you to stretch your “rides” out and cover more activities for a low price.

10. What if the driver cannot find my child?

Children must be ready at their scheduled pickup time. The driver may wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled time, but we cannot delay subsequent riders to their destinations.

11. How do I cancel a reservation?

Cancellations for our kids’ transportation services must be made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Please call the office to cancel your reservation or send an email and await a confirmation.

For rides cancelled with less than the required advance notice, there is a $10 cancellation fee. If your child is a no-show for the scheduled pickup, the full fare will be charged to your account.

12. What hours does Lil Peeps Car Service operate?

Lil Peeps Car Service provides rides Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Special requests can be made by phone (571-494-LPCS) and email (info@LilPeepsCarService.com)

13. How are we connected to the community?

Lil Peeps Car Service is proud to support the endeavors of local schools. We were created for kids and as such, we are affiliated with PTA groups to help provide teachers with additional funding in the classrooms. We also sponsor local athletic teams in the area as children learn the importance of teamwork and an active lifestyle.
